That variety means no two inspections look the same, and I don’t treat them like they do.
Roofing is the most consistent issue I find across Waco properties. Central Texas storm patterns are hard on roofs, and the quality of installation varies widely. Foundation movement from expansive clay soil shows up in older and newer homes alike, and older homes often carry electrical systems that weren’t built to handle modern appliance loads.
I take a systematic approach on every inspection so nothing gets skipped, regardless of the property’s age or construction type.
