I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! Jose is extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. During the review, he took the time to go through the entire inspection report line-by-line, making sure I understood every detail and answering all my questions with patience. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a top-notch home inspection!

Jose was very timely and patriotic to providing the services needed for our home! He was very respectful and super detail oriented. Upon reviewing the report, everything described was easily understood with pictures to support any deficiencies found during the inspection. Jose is easily an inspector I would request services from any time and someone I would want for any future inspections in any other location outside his area of operations. We truly appreciate him and all he’s done for us!

I’m a Realtor and used Jose for the first time and he was very quick to respond, has reasonable prices and explains everything in detail. He does a great job of keeping his clients in the loop, has open and honest communication about his findings, so you can make the most informed decisions in one of your biggest purchases! Would highly recommend

I had an amazing experience working with Jose Lopez, from L7 home Inspections! He was prompt, highly professional, and incredibly detailed throughout the entire property walk-through. He took the time to point out key maintenance items and delivered a clear, easy-to-read report the very same day. If you want peace of mind during your home-buying process, I highly recommend Jose!
