Every standard inspection includes thermal imaging with an infrared camera, moisture testing, and sprinkler and irrigation system evaluation, at no extra charge. Most inspectors charge extra for those. I don't.
I offer sewer scope inspections, WDI (wood-destroying insect) inspections, pool and spa inspections, and septic system inspections. These can be added to any standard inspection.
You'll have your complete report within 24 hours of the inspection. Texas law allows 48 hours, but I deliver well ahead of that so you can meet your deadlines.
After the inspection, I'll send you a secure link by email to access and download your report. If you'd like me to send it to your realtor as well, just let me know. I almost always do.
Call me, text me, or send me an email. I don't disappear after the inspection. If you're looking at your report at 10 o'clock at night and something doesn't make sense, reach out.
Yes. I offer a 10% Hero Discount on standard inspections for active military, veterans, first responders, and teachers. If you add a service, that goes up to 15%.
